Call for Poster Abstract
We are pleased to announce that Abstract submission for the Poster Sessions of the SINS 2025 National Congress is now open.
Poster presentations have always been a cornerstone of our meetings, fostering scientific exchange and networking among researchers. For the upcoming congress, we are dedicating extended time slots and a central role in the program to ensure broad visibility and interaction.
We strongly encourage young neuroscientists to submit their research. The Scientific Committee will select outstanding Abstracts as Oral Communication.
Abstract Submission Ends In
The submission deadline is April 27, 2025.
Submission Guidelines
Each Abstract submission must include:
- Full name, affiliation, and email address of the Author/s (specifying the Presenting Author)
- Title of the Abstract (concise and informative, maximum 10 words)
- Text of the Abstract (maximum 300 words)
- Relevant publications (up to 2) on the topic, in which the
- Presenting Author of the Abstract is listed as one of the Authors. (optional but recommended, as they will be considered in the selection process for Oral Communications)
- Relevant topic chosen from the following:
- Cognition and Behavior
- Development
- Disorders of the Nervous System
- Excitability, Synaptic Transmission, Network
- Functions
- Novel Methods and Technology Development
- Sensory and Motor Systems
- Sleep, Autonomic and Neuroendocrine Systems
Submission Process
Abstracts must be submitted via the Congress Management Platform, adhering to the Instructions for Authors.
Presentation Guidelines
Each Author may submit and be listed as an Author on multiple Abstracts, but may present only one Poster or Oral Communication.
Posters and Oral Communications will be included in the program and presented only if at least the Presenting Author is fully registered for the Congress.
Abstracts selected for Oral Communications will not be presented as Posters.
Evaluation Criteria
Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on their Novelty, Scientific Quality, Relevance, and Clarity.
Submissions expressing interest in an Oral Communication will be further reviewed to assess their suitability for inclusion in the Oral Communication sessions.
